Hi, I’m Erika Fadahunsi Lizardo, LCSW. I believe healing is a journey—not a finish line—and it often moves in circles. We revisit, repair, and reconnect, each time with a little more wisdom and support. I started Full Circle Healing after years walking alongside families, couples, and new/expecting parents through real-life transitions. My approach is a full-circle philosophy: whole-family, trauma- and perinatal-informed, culturally responsive, and deeply practical. We’ll start where you are, choose small doable steps, and practice tools you can use today—so communication improves, stress softens, and home feels lighter. Wherever you are in your circle, you don’t have to walk it alone.
